At Gorge Land Law, we begin with an initial consultation to identify and prioritize legal issues. During the consultation, we will work together to establish the essential terms and conditions of the representation. This collaborative process ensures mutual understanding about your expectations and desired objectives from the outset.

After the initial consultation, we will memorialize our mutual understanding in a written contract, called the engagement agreement (sometimes referred to as a representation and fee agreement). The engagement agreement governs our working relationship and explains important details about the representation. For example, the engagement agreement will explain my fee structure and estimated timeline for project completion, if applicable.
